Our Recruitment Process
ABC Multidisciplinary Consulting Services has designed a recruitment process that is both rigorous and inclusive, tailored to identify and onboard the most talented individuals who can thrive in our dynamic and challenging work environment. Our process ensures that candidates are evaluated fairly and thoroughly, reflecting our commitment to excellence and diversity.
For Experienced Hires
Application Submission: Interested candidates should fill out the application form, providing detailed information about their experience, skills, and professional achievements.
Initial Review: A member of the ABC Multidisciplinary Consulting Services team reviews submitted applications to verify the information provided and assess the alignment of the candidate's experience with our needs.
Reference Checks: Conducted by an external HR Partner firm, these checks are essential to validate the candidate's professional references, information provided, previous work accomplishments; amongst others.
Engagement: Successful candidates will be offered the position of Experienced Hire on a Consultancy or independent contractor basis, pending the outcomes of the reference checks.
For Students & Early-Career Professionals
Application Submission: Candidates are required to fill out a detailed application form. This form is the first step to introducing themselves and highlighting their potential contributions to our team.
Personality & Competency-Based Test: After the initial review, candidates will automatically be invited to complete a personality and competency-based test.
Initial Interview: Candidates who pass the competency test will proceed to an interview phase, which includes competency and case study evaluations to assess their fit for the role and ABC Multidisciplinary Consulting’s culture.
Final Interview with the Managing Director: Successful candidates will have a final interview with the Managing Director of the firm, offering a chance to discuss their potential contributions and career aspirations.
Final Interview with the Managing Director: An offer will be extended to selected candidates, along with a contract outlining the terms of engagement.
Reference Checks & Engagement: Upon acceptance of the offer, reference checks will be conducted before the final engagement to ensure the integrity and suitability of the candidate for the role.
